Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by FlixArts.
Revision Policy
Revisions are dependent on the selected package. Clients are welcome to request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise the design with no additional charges as long as the design and concept remain unchanged. Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Once funds are deposited, they are non-refundable if the initial design concepts are approved or if changes are requested. However, refunds may be issued if FlixArts terminates the contract for reasons unrelated to client breaches or non-performance.
Refund requests will be handled under the following conditions:
- A full refund (minus a 10% administration fee) is available if requested before the initial design concepts are approved or changed.
- A 66% refund (minus a 10% fee) is available if requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial design.
- A 33% refund (minus a 10% fee) is available if requested within 48-96 hours of the initial design delivery.
- No refunds will be given after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction, and we encourage clients to reach out to us with any concerns.
Refund requests will not be entertained if:
- The project has entered the revision phase.
- There has been no client activity for seven working days.
- The client has been unresponsive for five working days.
- Final files have been delivered.
Refunds for custom bundles (e.g., logo and web design) will follow the same rules as for individual packages. Refunds will only be granted for unused services.
Requests must be made to our support department, and FlixArts reserves the right to approve or deny any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
100% Unique Design Guarantee
FlixArts guarantees that all designs are original. In the event that a design is found to be similar to an existing one, any resemblance is coincidental. It is the client's responsibility to secure copyright for their designs.
Client and Designer Agreement
Both parties agree to refrain from publicly attacking or criticizing each other on any platform. In the event of a breach, the offending party will be liable for compensation as determined by the other party.
How to Request a Refund

Once a refund is approved, all rights to the design revert to FlixArts, and the client is no longer permitted to use any version of the design.
My Account
"My Account" is the primary communication platform for clients. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly check for updates, questions, and feedback. Neglecting to do so may impact eligibility for refunds.
Quality Assurance Policy
Our designers adhere strictly to the specifications provided in the client’s order form. Each design is carefully researched and crafted to ensure quality and originality.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting services are included with applicable packages. Email accounts associated with the website can be configured with third-party email software such as Outlook. If you choose not to host with us, email accounts will not be provided.
Delivery Policy
All design files are delivered through the "My Account" area by the date specified in the "Order Confirmation." An email notification will be sent once the delivery is completed. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. Customized design orders are delivered via email within 5-7 days of order confirmation.
Record Maintenance
We maintain a record of your final design files. If you need them again, simply request a copy via email.

We offer 24/7 customer support to address any queries or concerns you may have. You can contact us at any time, and we guarantee a prompt response.
Correspondence Policy
FlixArts is not responsible for communications sent from email addresses not affiliated with our domain (e.g., info@flixarts.com) or any unlisted phone numbers. We are only accountable for communications via our official channels.
Video Animations
Revisions for video animations are also available based on the selected package, with unlimited storyboard revisions allowed. However, the design and concept must remain the same.
